Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the TFG YES Youth Opportunities Programme, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Be available to work full-time for the entire 12-month programme.
- Not be studying full-time during the employment period.
- Not have previously participated in or registered for the YES Programme.
- Not have worked permanently for one employer continuously for more than one year.
- Be able to arrange and pay for their own transport.
- Arrange their own accommodation if relocation is required.
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee selection, as all applications are subject to the employer’s recruitment process.
